Secondly, peel away the plastic sheet. Thirdly, place the tattoo pattern side down on your skin and rub a wet towel or sponge cover the tattoo for 20-30 seconds. After that, gently peel the corner of the backing paper to check if it has transferred. Perfect for events, parties, festivals, or promotional campaigns.
