We were stuck in a tricky situation, with another company bailing last minute and leaving us without water bottles for a significant youth event we were running for our youth group, Crossfire, in Sydney. However, immediately after reaching out, Henry and Pei Yin were incredibly kind and were passionate about helping us out. Throughout the process they were communicative and clear, and we got our 300 water bottles a week after first making contact with them. The bottles are high quality, exactly what we ordered, and shipped in as short amount of time as you could possibly hope for. They exceeded expectations and were a massive help! Cannot recommend Ultimate Inspiration highly enough!

Initially after reading some mixed review, was rather anxious, especially the fact that both Henry and Pei Yin were super accomodating and would bend over backward for us. Sounds too good to be true. The bottles arrived today. They all look amazingly good. I highly recommend them. I definitely do not work for them or paid for the review. I welcome confirmation for my review. We had a very bad experience; we placed a $2500 order in January 2024, for branded tote bags. The delivery was due to be received late February 2024 and was delayed by 3 weeks. Then the courier managed to loose our delivery by delivering to an incorrect address and they couldn't retrieve the boxes. They promised to manufacture again the bags, locally in Australia, to resend our order as quick as possible: but by 20th June 2024, we still haven't receive our order and the company didn't give us any compensation or apologies for the delay.

Amazing customer service. Very helpful!! We did all our dealings over email, and there was never any confusion. Henry sent through many versions till we were 100% happy with the design. Kept us informed, even sent us an example stubby holder (all via email) , we recieved notification email of completion and tracking. Excellent stitch work and they are made with good quality hessian. The glue does smell rather strong, so we would suggest unpacking them from the plastic bags and let them get some fresh air for a day or two before you use them. They were exactly what we were after !! We cannot wait to hand these to our wedding guests!
